아데노바이러스 감염으로 인한 급성 인두염(아데노바이러스 상기도염/아데노바이러스 상기도 감염병), Adenovirus upper respiratory infections, acute pharyngitis

소아 청소년들의 급성 바이러스 인두염의 15~20%가 아데노바이러스(Adenovirus) 인두 감염으로 생긴다.
소아 청소년들에게 아데노바이러스 감염이 인두에 생길 때 급성 이데노바이러스 인두염과 급성 아데노바이러스 결막염 등 급성 감염병이 동시 생길 수 있다.
아데노바이러스 감염이 폐에 생기면 급성 아데노바이러스바이러스 폐렴이 생긴다.
아데노바이러스 감염으로 폐렴이 생기면 폐렴에 걸린 아이들의 10%는 사망할 수 있다.
아데노바이러스 형에는 수십 형이 있다.
그 중 아데노바이러스 40형과 41형이 아데노바이러스 위장염을 주로 일으킨다.
아데노바이러스 40형과 아데노바이러스 41형을 장바이러스라고도 한다.
아데노바이러스 11형과 12형은 출혈성 방광염을 일으킬 수 있다.
아데노바이러스 감염으로 심근염, 수막염, 장중적증, 유사 라이 증후군, 결막염, 각막염, 또는 각막 결막염 등이 생길 수 있다.
아데노바이러스 결막염의 대부분은 별다른 치료를 하지 않아도 자연히 낫는 것이 보통이다.
아데노바이러스 감염으로 생긴 각막염이나 각막 결막염으로 시력이 저하되기도 한다. 응급 치료를 받아야한다.
아데노바이러스 각막 결막염으로 생긴 시력 장애의 대부분은 2년 이내 자연히 회복되는 것이 보통이다.
병력 진찰 증상 징후를 종합해서 진단하는 것이 보통이다.

대증 치료를 한다. cidofovir로 시험 치료 면역 손상돤 환자를 치료한 결과 효과가 났다는 연구결과도 있다.

예방 접종: 경구용 생 아데노 바아러스 백신 4형과 12형이 미국 식약청의 허가를 받고 17세- 50세 연녕층에 접종할수 있고 건인들에게 접종한다. 1.2021

Adenovirus upper respiratory infections, acute pharyngitis

• 15-20% of acute viral pharyngitis in children and adolescents is caused by an adenovirus pharyngeal infection. • When adenovirus infection occurs in the pharynx in children and adolescents, acute infectious diseases such as acute adenoviral pharyngitis and acute adenoviral conjunctivitis can occur simultaneously.

• Acute adenoviral pneumonia occurs when an adenovirus infection in the lungs.

• Adenovirus infection causes pneumonia, which can cause death in 10% of children with pneumonia.

• There are dozens of adenovirus types.

• Among them, adenovirus types 40 and 41 mainly cause adenovirus gastroenteritis.

• Adenovirus type 40 and adenovirus type 41 are also called enteroviruses.

• Adenovirus types 11 and 12 can cause hemorrhagic cystitis.

• Adenovirus infection can cause myocarditis, meningitis, enterocolitis, pseudo-Reye’s syndrome, conjunctivitis, keratitis, or corneal conjunctivitis.

• Most cases of adenoviral conjunctivitis usually resolve spontaneously without treatment.

• Vision may be reduced due to keratitis or corneal conjunctivitis caused by adenovirus infection. You should seek emergency treatment.

• Most vision impairments caused by adenoviral corneal conjunctivitis usually resolve spontaneously within 2 years.

• The diagnosis is usually made based on a comprehensive history of symptoms and signs.

• Treat symptomatically. There are also studies showing that cidofovir was effective as a result of treating immunocompromised patients in the trial treatment. Vaccination: Oral live adenovirus vaccine types 4 and 12 have been approved by the US Food and Drug Administration and can be vaccinated to the 17-50-year-old group and vaccinated to the elderly. 1.2021
