이루(귀고름)의 원인

이루는 일종의 고름이다.
이루를 귀젖, 귀 고름 또는 귓 물이라고 한다.
급성 외이도염, 만성 외이도염, 고막이 뚫린 급성 중이염, 고막이 뚫린 만성 중이염, 고막 육아종이나 중이 육아종 등으로 이루가 날 수 있다.
삼출성 중이염 등을 치료하기 위해 고막 삽입 통기관으로 이루가 계속 날 수 있다.
이루 피 검물로 세균배양검사를 했을 때 슈도모나스균이 4~8%, 포도상구균이 10~25% 배양될 수 있다.

이루(귀고름)의 치료

경구용 항생제로 치료하는 방법도 있고
국소용 항생제 귀 점적약제를 외이도 속을 통해 병소에 넣어 치료하는 방법도 있다.
이루가 나게 하는 원인에 따라 다르게 치료할 수 있지만 이루가 날 때 국소용 항생제 귀 점적약제로 치료하면 치료 효과가 더 좋고 치료비도 적게 들고 그런 약으로 인한 부작용도 적게 생긴다.
그러나 이루가 날 때 어디까지나 의사의 진단 치료를 받아야 한다.
최근에 가장 많이 쓰는 국소용 항생제 귀 방울약에는 0.3% Ofloxacin(Floxin otic)과 Cipro HC otic(Ciprofloxacin & Hydrocortisone 현탁액) 등이 있다.
국소용 항생제 귀 방울약으로 치료할 때 귀지가 외이도 내 조금 있어도 그 국소용 항생제 귀 방울약의 치료의 효과가 나타나지 않을 수 있다.
외이도 내, 고막 또는 중이 강 내에 있는 육아종을 치료하는데 국소용 항생제 귀 방울약의 치료효과는 별로 없다고 한다.
외이도 내 육아종, 고막 또는 중이강 속에 나 있는 육아종으로 인해 나는 이루는 국소용 코르티코스테로이드 귀 방울약으로 치료할 수 있고 육아종은 초산은 봉으로 지져 치료할 수 있다.
초산은 봉 치료를 잘 못 하면 안면신경이 마비될 수 있다.

Causes of Otorrhea

• It is a kind of pus.

• Ear pus is called udder, ear pus, or ear fluid.

• Acute otitis externa, chronic otitis externa, acute otitis media with perforated tympanic membrane, chronic otitis media with perforated tympanic membrane, tympanic granuloma or middle ear granuloma may occur.

• The ear canal may continue to fly through the tympanic membrane to treat otitis media with effusion. • When a bacterial culture test is performed with a lupus specimen, 4 to 8% of Pseudomonas and 10 to 25% of Staphylococcus can be cultured.

Treatment of Otorrhea

• Treatment with oral antibiotics is also available.

• There is also a method of treatment by injecting topical antibiotic ear drops into the lesion through the ear canal.

• Treatment can be different depending on the cause of rhinorrhea, but when treated with topical antibiotic ear drops, the treatment effect is better, the treatment cost is lower, and side effects from such drugs are less.

• However, you should always seek medical treatment for diagnosis and treatment of otorrhea.

• The most recently used topical antibiotic ear drops include 0.3% Ofloxacin (Floxin otic) and Cipro HC otic (Ciprofloxacin & Hydrocortisone suspension).

• When treating with topical antibiotic ear drops, even if there is a small amount of earwax in the ear canal, the effect of the topical antibiotic ear drops may not be effective.

• It is said that topical antibiotic ear drops have little effect on the treatment of granulomas in the ear canal, tympanic membrane, or middle ear cavity.

• Granulomas in the ear canal, tympanic membrane or in the middle ear cavity can be treated with topical corticosteroid ear drops, and granulomas can be treated with silver acetate rods.

• If the silver acetate rod is not treated properly, the facial nerve may be paralyzed.
