비 폴립(비용)의 원인

• 비강 점막층이나 부비동 점막층에 메주콩알 크기나 작은 포도알 크기만 한 점막층 비후가 국소적으로 생길 수 있다. 
• 이렇게 생긴 양성 종양을 물혹, 비 폴립, 또는 비용이라고 한다. 
• 비 폴립의 원인은 확실히 모른다. 
• 비 폴립은 알레르기성 비염, 기관지 천식, 만성 축농증, 만성 비염 등이 있는 아이들에게 더 잘 생길 수 있다 

비 폴립(비용)의 증상 징후

• 비 폴립의 증상 징후는 다양하다. 
• 비 폴립을 나게 한 원래 병에 의한 증상 징후와 물혹의 수와 크기 등에 따라 증상 징후가 나타날 수 있다. 
• 비 폴립이 비강 속이나 부비동 속에 한두 개, 또는 여러 개가 동시 날 수 있다. 
• 비 폴립이 양쪽 비강 속에 많이 날 때는 비 폴립으로 비강 속이 거의 다 차 코로 숨을 제대로 쉴 수 없다. 
• 비 폴립으로 양쪽 비강 속이 다 막힐 때는 코 먹은 소리로 말하거나 입을 벌리고 숨 쉰다.
• 점액 같은 묽은 콧물이 코에서 자주 많이 나올 수 있다.

비 폴립(비용)의 진단 

• 병력, 증상 징후와 진찰소견 등을 종합해서 진단한다. 
• 대부분의 물혹은 이경이나 비 내시경으로 비강 속을 들여다보고 진단할 수 있다. 
• 비강 후부 속에 난 비 폴립과 부비동 속에 난 비 폴립은 코와 부비동 초음파 검사나 X선 사진 검사로 진단할 수 있다. 

비 폴립(비용)의 치료

• 비 폴립을 수술로 제거하는 것이 가장 좋은 치료 방법이다. 
• 그러나 비 폴립을 수술로 제거치료 받은 후 비 폴립이 재발될 수 있다. 
• 콧물이 많이 나고 코가 막힐 때는 액티페드나 다른 종류의 비강 충혈 완화제 중 하나를 골라 치료할 수 있다. 
• 또한 비강 속에 베클로메타손제 비분무 등 코르티코스테로이드제 비분무제나 비강 충혈 완화 점비제로 치료할 수 있다.

Causes of Nasal polyps

• In the nasal mucosa or sinus mucosa, thickening of the mucosal layer the size of a soybean pea or a small grape can occur locally.

• These benign tumors are called nodules, non-polyps, or cysts.

• The cause of non-polyps is unknown.

• Nasal polyps are more likely to develop in children with allergic rhinitis, bronchial asthma, chronic sinusitis, chronic rhinitis, etc. Signs of symptoms of non-polyps (costs)

 Symptoms. signs of Nasal polyps.

• Symptoms may appear depending on the symptoms caused by the original disease that caused the non-polyp and the number and size of the nodules.

• One, two, or several nasal polyps may appear in the nasal cavity or sinuses at the same time.

• When there are a lot of nasal polyps in both nasal passages, it is difficult to breathe properly through the nose because the nasal polyps are almost completely filled.

• When nasal polyps block both nasal passages, snort or breathe with your mouth open.

• A runny nose, such as mucus, may come out of the nose frequently.

Diagnosis of Nasal polyps

• Diagnosis is made by combining medical history, symptoms, signs, and examination findings.

• Most water lumps can be diagnosed by looking into the nasal cavity with an otoscope or a nasal endoscope.

• Nasal polyps in the posterior nasal cavity and nasal polyps in the sinuses can be diagnosed by ultrasound or X-ray examination of the nasal and sinuses.

Treatment of Nasal polyps

• Surgical removal of non-polyps is the best treatment.

• However, after surgical removal of the nasal polyp, the nasal polyp may recur.

• If you have a runny nose and stuffy nose, you can choose Actifed or one of the other nasal decongestants.

• It can also be treated with nasal corticosteroids such as beclomethasone nasal spray or nasal decongestant nasal drops.
